The Hydraulic Thread Identification eBook is a digital product that is delivered immediately after payment. Because a downloaded file can't be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable. We will give a full refund in the cases below.
When you get a full refund
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Not delivered: your payment succeeded but you did not receive the eBook, and we are unable to deliver it within 3 working days of you contacting us.
- Faulty file: the file you received is damaged or won't open, and we are unable to send you a working copy.
How to ask for a refund
Write to apsflowtech@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your name, the email or phone number used at checkout, and your payment reference.
When you'll receive it
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. After approval, banks and payment providers usually take 5–7 working days to credit the amount.
Failed payments
If money was deducted but the payment failed, your bank or the payment provider normally reverses it automatically. If it has not been reversed within 7 working days, contact us and we will help.
Cancellations
Since delivery is immediate, an order can't be cancelled once the payment is complete.
